Meditation is a wonderful strategy to help us navigate through changes and challenges in our lives.
Learning how to meditate at a young age provides our youth with a powerful tool for coping with changes, teasing, low self esteem, trouble sleeping, lack of focus and many other things.
In a world that's ever-quickening in it's pace, there is a great need to balance this outward focus with time spent going within.
Visualization allows the swirl of thoughts in our mind to slow down to the point where we can find a calm and positive connection within ourselves.
This 1 hour session will focus on "building self esteem, reducing stress, finding the calm within through guided visualization.
