How to Love Your Body & Live Your Life will give you insights and techniques to discover and release the beliefs about food, body weight, self worth, beauty and your role as a woman that keep you "stuck" - stuck on the diet rollercoaster, stuck in the game of weight loss/weight gain, stuck in the idea that you are not enough.
You will:
· Find out WHY diets don’t
work & will never work
We’ve been brainwashed into thinking that low calorie or low fat foods are so much better for us and the truth is they are nothing but chemically processed junk. When you allow yourself to eat what you want, you will choose variety and balance. The body is hardwired to insist that you get variety in the foods you eat.
· Discover WHAT you are
really hungry for
Women often, use food to satisfy an empty feeling inside. No matter how much food you eat, you won’t fill the void if you are hungry for something else.
Ask yourself “am I really hungry or do I just want to change the way I feel right now?”
You get a TEMPORARY hit with the food then feel repulsed with yourself after binging.

Meal after meal, as children, we learned that food was a reward or a punishment. You were “good” if you cleaned your plate. These age-old beliefs still seep into our subconscious mind. You can change that!
