Jen Charbonneau is passionate about building self-esteem and strength in woman and girls today. She successfully created and facilitates "So Glad 2 Be Me", a healthy body image/self esteem workshop for girls ages 8-12 years.
Jen combined a focus in psychology with a Crisis Management Counseling Program, to bring a well rounded approach to her passion. She is a "Kids Have Stress Too" facilitator; a program offered through the Psychology Foundation of Canada.
She completed a Radiant Heart Therapy Certification Program under the guidance and teachings of Susan M Castle, founder of The Essence Method™ & The Mind-Heart Integration™ Process.
She is a member of the Girls Can Do Anything Magazine writing team and regularly contributes to this Canadian teen empowerment magazine.
With over 20 years experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist, Jen is an educator and advocate with the oral implications of eating disorders. Her innovative workshop "Eating Disorder Awareness in Dentistry" is specifically designed to educate dental health care professionals.
More importantly, Jen is a survivor of Bulimia, a life-threatening eating disorder. Her own personal struggle, research and triumph provide inspiring hope for others. Read more about Jen's story.
She coaches people of all ages who are challenged with food and body conflict and self esteem issues. Jen believes that complete healing, love and self-acceptance is an integration of the mind, body and spirit. Reconnection to the essence of who we are is the key that unlocks our unlimited potential!

She lives in Arnprior, ON with her husband and three teenage children.
