As a grade 6 teacher I was astonished by how many students in my class were extremely self-conscience about their body image.

I had previously had Jen in to speak to a class many years ago and she had left such a fantastic impression that I called her back to my classroom to address these issues. This workshop was a little different because we also included the boys! What a fantastic experience. I wasn’t sure how it would turn out with both genders attending but Jen did an outstanding job of including relevant issues for all those involved.

The discussions that ensued both during and after Jen’s presentation were impressive and the message of self-worth that she left every child with was irreplaceable.

Jen created a very warm and comfortable environment. The balance between discussion, hands-on activity, and use of multi-media made her classroom visit extremely engaging for all types of learners. I would highly recommend this workshop to all educators!
