When human beings lose a vital part of themselves or disconnect from their soul, many resort to substitutes to "fill the gap". This often leads to addictions.
As an eating disorder survivor, I have a burning desire to help individuals get beyond appearance and live from their essence where beauty, acceptance and love radiate from within.....
